Career Opportunity: Paralegal

Join our team at RomCapital Invest, part of RCI Holding. We are currently looking for a rigorous and well-organized Paralegal, with legal training and strong attention to detail, to provide reliable support to our Legal, Transformation, and Advisory teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Preparing documentation for trade registry filings and other administrative formalities.

• Completing standardized forms and verifying the accuracy of submitted information.

• Conducting basic legal checks (articles of association, powers of attorney, standard clauses, etc.).

• Legal and business research to support the Legal, Transformation, and Advisory teams, including the use of AI tools.

• Organizing and updating the internal document repository.

• Drafting working documents and preparing PowerPoint presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Completed or ongoing legal studies (law, legal sciences, public administration) are an advantage.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

• Discipline, consistency, and a collaborative mindset.

• Intermediate proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF).

• Previous administrative or legal experience (including internships) is a plus.
