Advancing Innovation and Foresight Capabilities: HorizonX Bootcamp in Bucharest

In today’s fast-evolving environment, innovation must be approached as a structured, repeatable capability rather than an isolated initiative. Within RCI Holding, this approach is developed through HorizonX, our dedicated innovation and foresight company.

As part of this effort, HorizonX is delivering the 5-Day Foresight & Innovation Bootcamp in Bucharest between June 22–26, 2026. The program is designed to provide professionals and organisations with a practical framework for innovation, combining foresight, systems thinking, and design thinking into a coherent methodology that can be applied immediately in business contexts.

At the core of the program is the HorizonX Innovation Meta-Model, which enables participants to diagnose and operationalise innovation processes, supported by tools such as Jobs-To-Be-Done, customer journey mapping, trend analysis, and prototyping frameworks. Participants will work on real challenges and progress through the full innovation cycle, from research and sense-making to scenario development, testing, and implementation planning, ensuring that outcomes are directly transferable to their organisations.

The bootcamp is delivered by an international faculty including Dr. Robert Collins, expert in AI, Systems Thinking and innovation, delivering courses at University of Oxford for over 25 years, Adela Cristea, author of the HorizonX Meta-Model, and experienced practitioners in foresight, customer experience, and agile transformation. The program concludes with an international certification and provides participants with a complete set of tools and materials for immediate use.
